Mentoring Groups

Our mentoring groups are designed to provide valuable support and guidance to professionals in the fields of psychotherapy, counselling, mental health, nutrition, dietetics, and nutrition health students. We offer four distinct mentoring groups, catering to your specific needs.

Bernie Wright leads two of our groups - the Supervision Mentoring Groups, specially tailored for psychotherapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals. These groups offer a platform to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and receive expert guidance in a supportive environment.

Lisa Smith, our nutrition expert, hosts the working with disordered eating and

neurodivergent clients Nutrition Mentoring Groups.

These small groups are tailored for nutritionists, dieticians, or nutrition health students

looking to enhancetheir knowledge and skills in these two important areas, to maximise

client outcomes. It's a chance to connect with peers, learn from experienced professionals, discuss case studies and stay up-to-date with the latest updates and research.

Each of our mentoring groups meets online on Zoom once a month for a focused two-hour session, allowing for in-depth discussions and meaningful interactions. It's an excellent opportunity to grow, network, and gain fresh perspectives in your respective profession.

Join one of our mentoring groups and invest in your professional development. Connect with like-minded individuals, learn from seasoned experts, and stay at the forefront of your field.
