Our mentoring groups are designed to provide valuable support and guidance to professionals in the fields of psychotherapy, counselling, mental health, nutrition, dietetics, and nutrition health students. We offer four distinct mentoring groups, catering to your specific needs.
Bernie Wright leads two of our groups - the Supervision Mentoring Groups, specially tailored for psychotherapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals. These groups offer a platform to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and receive expert guidance in a supportive environment.
Lisa Smith, our nutrition expert, hosts the Nutrition Mentoring Groups. These groups
are perfect for nutritionists, dieticians, or nutrition health students looking to enhance
their knowledge and skills. It's a chance to connect with peers, learn from experienced
professionals, and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the field.
Each of our mentoring groups meets online on Zoom once a month for a focused two-hour session, allowing for in-depth discussions and meaningful interactions. It's an excellent opportunity to grow, network, and gain fresh perspectives in your respective profession.
Join one of our mentoring groups and invest in your professional development. Connect with like-minded individuals, learn from seasoned experts, and stay at the forefront of your field.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We will work within diversity, encompassing people of different races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, genders and sexual orientations, whilst ensuring ethics and competence at all times.
Our approach centres around meeting the client where they are, not where we are. It focuses on delivering the best care to neurodivergent individuals with or without disordered eating concerns.
We tailor content to the needs of counsellors, psychologists or nutritionists, dieticians and nutrition health students, fostering a multidisciplinary exchange of ideas and offering practical knowledge to enhance their practice, while encouraging collaboration between professionals with diverse backgrounds.
