Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for NEDDE TRAINING Mentoring Groups 1. Notification of Cancellation: - Members wishing to cancel their subscription to the mentoring group must provide written notice to NEDDE TRAINING via email at team@neddetraining.co.uk. 2. Refunds: - No refunds will be provided for the month in which the subscription is cancelled, regardless of when the cancellation notice is given during the month. - Future monthly charges, beyond the month of cancellation, will be stopped. 3. Rescheduling Sessions: - If a member cannot attend a scheduled session, they must notify NEDDE TRAINING at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling will be subject to availability and is not guaranteed. - Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. 4. Cancellation by NEDDE TRAINING: - In the unlikely event that NEDDE TRAINING needs to cancel a mentoring session, members will be notified as soon as possible. Options for rescheduling will be offered. 5. Commitment: - By signing up for the mentoring group, members acknowledge a commitment to the group's dynamics and learning environment. Consistent cancellations or changes can disrupt this environment. As such, members are encouraged to maintain consistency in attendance. 6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy: - NEDDE TRAINING reserves the right to update this cancellation policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. By enrolling in the mentoring group, members agree to abide by this cancellation policy. Members are encouraged to reach out to NEDDE TRAINING with any questions or concerns regarding cancellations.
