Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for NEDDE TRAINING Mentoring Groups 1. Subscription model Mentoring and supervision groups are offered on a monthly subscription basis, operating on the principles of a membership service. The subscription provides: - a reserved place within the mentoring or supervision group - access to the scheduled live sessions during the subscription period The subscription fee applies for the month in which access is granted, regardless of attendance. 2. Cancellations and refunds Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time: - by logging in to your account on the NEDDE TRAINING website and cancelling via the subscription settings, or - by emailing team@neddetraining.co.uk No refunds are provided for the current billing month, regardless of attendance or the date of cancellation. Once a cancellation is completed, no further monthly charges will be taken. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, where this has been agreed in advance in writing by NEDDE TRAINING. 3. Attendance and punctuality Mentoring and supervision groups are live, relational spaces. To support the group process: - Participants are expected to join sessions on time. - Late arrivals may be disruptive to the group and may not always be accommodated. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify NEDDE TRAINING as early as possible by email. Missed sessions: - are not refundable - are not rescheduled - are not transferable 4. Session changes by NEDDE TRAINING In the unlikely event that NEDDE TRAINING needs to cancel or reschedule a session, participants will be informed as soon as possible. Where appropriate, an alternative date or arrangement will be offered. 5. Group commitment and participation By joining a mentoring or supervision group, participants agree to: - respect the group’s time and structure - attend sessions reliably where possible - communicate promptly if they are unable to attend Repeated late arrivals or non-attendance without notice may affect the group dynamic. NEDDE TRAINING reserves the right to review ongoing participation where this becomes disruptive. 6. Changes to this policy NEDDE TRAINING reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes. 7. Acceptance of terms By enrolling in a mentoring or supervision group, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
