NEDDE Training provides professional training, education, and clinical supervision relating to eating disorders and neurodivergence. Our services are intended for qualified clinicians, therapists, and allied health professionals, or those in relevant professional training.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:

Participation in live or recorded training sessions

Booking and attendance of supervision sessions

3. Training Services (On-Demand & Live)
3.1 Nature of Training
All training content is educational in nature. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for clinical judgement or professional supervision.
3.2 Access to Training

Purchased training grants access to the named individual only.

Sharing login details or course materials is not permitted.
Access durations (if stated) apply from the date of purchase.​
3.3 Course Materials
All videos, documents, slides, and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of NEDDE Training unless otherwise stated.
You may:

View materials for personal professional development
You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, sell, or share content

Record, copy, or upload training materials elsewhere
3.4 Certificates & CPD
Where CPD certificates are offered, these are provided in good faith based on course completion criteria. Responsibility for acceptance by professional bodies rests with the participant.
4. Supervision Services
4.1 Nature of Supervision
Supervision sessions are professional reflective spaces intended to support clinical practice.
Supervision:

Is not therapy
-
Does not replace personal therapy or clinical responsibility

Does not constitute emergency or crisis support
4.2 Booking & Attendance

Supervision sessions are delivered online (e.g. via Zoom) unless otherwise agreed.

It is the participant’s responsibility to attend on time and ensure appropriate privacy and confidentiality at their location.
4.3 Cancellations & Missed Sessions
Unless otherwise agreed:

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be chargeable
-
Missed sessions without notice are not refundable
Specific cancellation terms may be outlined at the time of booking.
5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Payment is required in full before access to training or supervision.

We reserve the right to change prices, though this will not affect purchases already made.
6. Refunds
6.1 Training Refunds
Due to the digital nature of training content:

Refunds are generally not available once access has been granted
Exceptions may be considered at our discretion where:

Technical issues prevent access

An error has occurred in the purchase process

6.2 Supervision Refunds
Refunds for supervision are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at booking.
7. Professional Responsibility
All participants remain fully responsible for:

Their own clinical decisions

Compliance with their professional codes of conduct

Appropriate use of knowledge gained through training or supervision
NEDDE Training is not liable for outcomes arising from the application of training content in clinical practice.
