How NEDDE Training works

NEDDE Training offers flexible, evidence-based education designed for clinicians working with eating disorders, disordered eating, and neurodivergent clients. Our training is accessible, self-paced, and grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience.

You do not need to commit to long programmes or fixed schedules — training is designed to fit alongside professional practice.

Training format

Our courses are delivered primarily as on-demand video training, with occasional live sessions and specialist workshops.

Each course typically includes:

  • Pre-recorded video modules

  • Supporting resources (where relevant)

  • Clear learning objectives

  • Optional reflection prompts

You can pause, rewind, and return to content as needed.

  • Students and trainees in relevant fields

Our approach

All training is delivered through a neurodivergent-affirming lens, recognising the diversity of thinking, communication, sensory experience, and lived reality.

We prioritise:

  • Inclusion over compliance

  • Understanding over pathologising

  • Adaptation over rigid models

Training integrates clinical knowledge, research, and lived experience to support ethical and compassionate practice.
