Karine Stephan

Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
MA (Hons), DipION, CNHC, mBANT

I specialise in Women's Health, with a focus on Hormone Health and Neurodiversity.

I have a particular interest in ADHD, and how hormones may influence symptoms. I also have a good understanding of the difficulties that people with ADHD often face on a daily basis, and that self-regulation and organisation can be a real challenge, particularly when it comes to food.

Since completing my 4-year training in Nutritional Therapy at The Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, I have done extensive CPD courses in hormone health and neurodiversity, including with NEDDE.

Consultations can be conducted face-to-face or via Zoom.

My service includes an in-depth health questionnaire and food diary analysis, personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, test recommendations or letter to the GP (if required), supplement recommendations, follow-up reports, food diary reviews, handouts, easy recipes, shopping lists and meal ideas.

I offer a free, no obligation 20 minutes call.

I can also conduct consultations in French.
