About
From theory to table: explore the latest research and practical nutritional approaches for supporting individuals with ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). This concise and practical short course offers a focused exploration of ARFID through both nutritional and neurodiversity-affirming lenses. Building on the foundations of last year’s full-day Understanding and Managing ARFID, PDA and PICA Disorders training, this new session takes a dedicated look at ARFID alone — bringing together emerging research (2024–2025) alongside real-world nutritional strategies for professionals supporting neurodivergent individuals. Led by Bernie Wright and Lisa Smith, the course bridges science and everyday practice, translating complex theory into clear, actionable tools that deepen understanding and support better outcomes for clients.
