About the Trainers:
Lisa Smith is the co-founder and director of NEDDE Training and a BANT Registered Nutritionist specialising in functional nutrition. With over a decade of experience, Lisa focuses on the unique needs of each client, considering factors beyond basic dietary guidelines. She is a senior lecturer at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and has worked closely with cognitive neuroscientists to understand the impact of hormones and neurotransmitters on behaviour.
Cathy Houghton is a Health and Movement Coach specialising in supporting women with disordered relationships with food, exercise, and movement. She holds qualifications in Integrated Nutrition Health Coaching, Weight Loss Psychology, and is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer. Cathy also focuses on menopause wellbeing and runs an online women’s wellness book club.
